About Us
The Karnataka ICSE Schools Association was established in the year 2009.The objective was to provide a platform to like-minded CISCE Schools in Karnataka to collaborate and form an Association and to discuss issues pertaining to schools affiliated to CISCE. This Association in turn would provide an ideal platform to brace and empower school heads, help upskill the teaching faculty and design a yearly common calendar. Furthermore, it would enable the schools to organize and execute various competitions for the students of the member schools. Today in 2022 ;KISA has evolved from strength to strength right from the time of inception and today probably is the largest state in the country which can boast of over 300 members from CISCE Affiliated schools in Karnataka.
As schools we face challenges in our day-to-day administration, or academics or the overall general functioning of the school; KISA assures support to all member school it believes in functioning as an effective and efficient association, with clear governance, strong communication links to and from members and to primarily keep the member schools updated on the developments, trends and implications of day-to-day developments in the field of education globally.

The Association of Orissa ICSE Schools had its beginnings in the year 1978.
About Us
The Association of Orissa ICSE Schools had its beginnings in the year 1978. Initially, it was an interested schools coming together for a common goal of educating the students under the care of schools affiliated to CISCE, New Delhi. This association was registered on 20th July 1998 in Cuttack under the Certificate of Registration of Societies Act XXI of 1860 with the Number 20515/65 of 1998-99. The initiative to register the Association was under the able leadership of Mr. S.C. Panda the then President of the Association and Principal of Venkateswar English Medium School. The other members of the Executive Committee were Sr. Teresa Chungat FC Principal of St. Joseph’s Convent School Rourkela, Dr Jose Aikara CM Principal of De Paul School Berhampur, Bro. Thomas Thanickal Principal of Cambridge School Cuttack, Mr. Alexander Desouza Principal of Desouza School Rourkela, Fr. Joe Mannamparambil SVD Principal of St. Paul’s School Rourkela,
Mr. K. K. Mukherji Principal of Ispat English Medium School Rourkela, Mr. K. George Principal of Belpahar English Medium School and Mr. Kanna Babu, Principal of MAV School Berhampur.The Association has completed 33 years and has grown in its membership to 99 as on 1st January 2022. There are many activities that are conducted for the students of member schools. Students get chances to participate in Debate, Declamation, Essay Writing, Story Writing, Poem Writing, Drawing, Sports and Games. Students who top the State in these competitions compete at the National Level with other ICSE member schools of the Association. Talent Search Examination is conducted every year for students of Classes 1 to 10 for the member schools. Attractive Cash awards and merit certificates are given to toppers in this examination. Model examinations are conducted for students preparing to appear the Council Examinations. This gives them an opportunity to attempt a common question paper at the Orissa level. The association also takes up issues as an organization to organize seminars and workshops for teachers and Principals of the member schools. The Association grew at a rapid rate with a very good standard under the able leadership of Rev. Fr. S. Joseph SVD, Principal of St. Paul’s School, Rourkela. He strengthened the Association in all aspects for 13 long years from July 2009 to April 2022 as Secretary-Treasurer. From 7th May 2022 Sr.P.Selvi, Principal of St. Theresa English School, Sundargarh is carrying forward the legacy set by Rev.Fr.S.Joseph as the present Secretary-Treasurer.

The Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate was formed in the year 1960.
About Us
The Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate was formed in the year 1960. Meetings at Regional levels were held at regular interval by ASISC. In due course of time need was felt for the formation of Regional Associations.
ASISC UP came in to being as a regular Society on 30th April, 2001. The Society was registered with the Registrar of Societies in Lucknow on May 03, 2001
The name of the Society is the ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOLS FOR THE INDIAN SCHOOL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATIONS. (U.P & U.K)
The objectives and purpose for which the Association is established are the following: To assist and guide members of the Association regarding the policies of educational authorities and in particular of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
To coordinate, wherever necessary, the activities of members of the Association in order to foster a common policy, particularly with regards to the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
To assist members of the Association in the solution of educational problems and to foster the spread of educational information and techniques through its meetings and disseminating information:
On trends in education in India and abroad. On decisions of educational authorities which may bear upon its members. To represent members of the Association on educational bodies.
To represent the interest of the Association / to negotiate with and to enter into arrangements with any Government or Authority whether Supreme, State , District, Local Municipal, University or other public or private body as may seem conducive to the promotion or accomplishment of the objects of the Association.
Organization : The organization of the managing committee is done by the General Body so that supreme control and management of the affairs of the Association shall rest in the Managing Committee consisting of ten members i.e. President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and Seven other members. Meeting: The General meeting of the Managing Committee is organized four times in a year and special meeting may be called by the President at any time according to the necessity of the Association.
Information Period : The General meeting of the Managing Committee is called after the written information of fifteen days and the special meeting may be called within a week by the written information from the President.
Quorum : The quorum for the meeting of the Managing Committee shall not be less than three fourth of their members. Fill up the vacant post : Any vacant post shall be filled by the majority vote of the present members for the remaining period. Rights and duties Of the Managing Committee: The Executive body of the Association shall have full power generally authorized to act in all such matters, things and deeds as may be necessary to be done, for the furthering of the accomplishment of the objects and as are required to be done by the general meeting of the Association.
